BUCKEYE BRAWL
The Buckeye Brawl Invitational is Mock Trial at Ohio State’s annual high school mock trial invitational. We are proud to host schools from across Ohio at a competitive invitational tournament in early January, occurring before the OCLRE District Competition.
Competing students are judged and receive feedback about their materials, performances, and cases from our nationally-ranked team members. Students have the opportunity to ask questions about collegiate mock trial and various legal professions.
The tournament consists of two days of competition - a Saturday competition and a Sunday competition. Morning rounds are randomly paired and afternoon rounds are power-paired. Teams have the option to register for either day of competition. There will be an Opening and Closing Ceremonies for each respective day.
The 2026 Buckeye Brawl Invitational is currently being organized. Check back later for additional details regarding scheduling.
